Smart and Skilled subsidised training
This training has been funded by Smart and Skilled as parrt of their Target Priorities and Part qualification program and the
training is provided to participants free of charge.
This training program is designed to provide bicycle service and repair skills .
The following units make up this training progrom
AURBTK2001 Use and maintain specialised bicycle repair tools
AURAFA2005 Write routine texts in an automotive workplace
AURBTQ2001 Service bicycle drivetrain systems
AURTTK2002 Use and maintain workplace tools and equipment
AURASA2002 Apply safe working practices in an automotive workplace
AURBTB2002 Service hydraulic braking systems
AURBTJ2002 Service bicycle wheels and hubs
AURBTJ2001 Remove, repair and fit bicycle tyres
AURBTB2001 Service and repair bicycle mechanical braking systems
For each of these units there is a theory and practical component.
The theory component will be completed via workbooks.
The proposed delivery schedule for practical sessions (conducted at Melrose Hall, Emu Plains) are:
Saturday 27 February 2016 (9am – 4pm)
Sunday 28 February 2016 (9am – 4pm)
Saturday 12 March 2016 (9am – 4pm)
Sunday 13 March 2016 (9am – 4pm)
